I have been using Vistaprint for many years to print cards, calendars and more... but recently I had cause to complain about and issue where they were charging more than they said.
I could not raise a complaint with them; they ignored emails; and their European staff who have rather poor English skills on the phone were just hopeless.
I tried to "escalate" my complaint but I suspect that the "customer services" staff get marked down for referring a complaint up the line - so they just will not do it despite saying that they will."
I will think VERY HARD before using them ever again
